Very disappointed

This item was never sent to me , I eventually requested and was told not to return them and I would be reimbursed . I can’t keep what I did not receive , hopefully I will get my money back soon , very disappointed as really wanted these for my daughter , took so long to get help when I discovered they were not sent at all . Ordered them November 15th and was just emailed today December 3rd

Coloring on ridge near toe

Very comfortable and true to size. I’m concerned about wearability- color came off ridge by toe, exposing pinkish under layer of shoe.
