Quality and comfort

Wrong color

I love shoes from Macy’s and I ordered a navy blue pair but what I received is black .

Too small

Very comfortable shoe unfortunately it runs very small and they don't make half sizes. I'm going to have to return it

Sizing is off

The brown version is more narrow than other colors, such as the black version. I purchased both shoes and the brown is more narrow, despite being sold as a “wide” shoe. Unfortunately I am stuck with the pair because the return window ended. It would be nice if the return window was extended for Macy’s cardholders. I’m truly disappointed by both issues.

Nice looking

The appearance of the shoe is fine. The quality of the materials used show flaws in areas. The strap was attacked too high for my foot which made it rub on that part of my foot.
