Too narrow and uncomfortable for a "wide" shoe. Naturally it took me to long to determine I would never wear them.

Failed service in ordering

Ordered these and never received an order confirmation. Called repeatedly and Macy promised repeatedly to send one but never followed through. Still don’t know if they were ever ordered. Bad customer service
