Size “WW” fit like a size “W” except at the heel

I wear extra wide sizes shoes so I ordered this shoe in “WW”, however this shoe fit too tight except it was too loose around my heel. Also, it looks like the outer shoe material would get scuffed or otherwise damaged easily because it had small marks on it even though it came packaged inside a bag then wrapped in paper and a foam sheet inside the shoe box.

Very disappointed in this product bought three different sizes and they both were too tight but 8 1/2 wide nine medium and nine wide the top of the boots did not fit my ankles very wide, which means no ankle support. I will be returning this products nice color. It’s about the only thing I can say about this product.
