Pretty but Tight

I purchased these shoes, took about 2 to 3 weeks to receive. I tried them on and they were too small,even though I ordered them in my size. I wear an 8 1/2 medium and the toe area fit low across the top of my foot. My toes felt smashed. I need them for a wedding and definitely will be returning for another pair of shoes. Very pretty shoes though ,perfect color match to my dress, just run too small.
