NO delivery NO refund. BUYER BEWARE

ZERO STARS I placed this order back in November. It wasn't delivered. I have a porch camera which showed it wasn't delivered and Macy's verified that they have NO PICTURE of delivery. I have called Macy's 4 times asking for a refund, which they refuse to give. So no delivery, no refund, no help. I will never, ever order from Macy's again. I am so blown away at the terrible customer service!! I had years of good experience with Macy's. But lately, I have had better luck with delivery from Walmart. What has happened to your customer service, Macy's? Anyone? Bueller? Maybe if someone at Macy's reads this, you could contact me, and perhaps fix this? Just a thought. It's not even that big of a refund, but my goodness it is so disappointing that no one can figure it out.

Unexpectedly good

I honestly didn't have overly high hopes for these especially at this price point but I really liked them. Wide toe box which I really need, felt sturdy in the snow and comfortable. High enough for my leggings to do inside. I got the brown, Would recommend

Very Nice Looking Boots

These short boots (Booties) are so comfortable and look just fine! I like the taupe shade and they will go with most any outfit.

Wanted to love these

These would have been great but 2 pairs returned now for defective zippers that won’t open, 1st pair one boot, 2nd pair both! If you get a good pair might be great. I went a half size up on 2nd pair but didn’t get to try them, returned.

never tried on

I ordered and wanted to cancel due to change of mind. I was unable to cancel the order after only 20 min from when i ordered. So i got the package today but i will not be opening and will be returning. Nothing against the boots, i still think they're cute, just changed my mind.
