Defective item

I ordered a pair for my mom and when I received them in the mail, the shoes were scratched, dirty, and smelled like feet. Clearly someone else had returned them, but at least clean them before sending them to another customer.

Didn’t Know New Included Returns

I bought 2 pair (in different colors). On 1 pair, my right heel comes out when I walk and it wasn’t packaged as nice. No separate little bag for each shoe, either, like on the 2nd pair…so I can only assume that they sold me shoes that had been returned…with the right shoe being stretched out. What a shame.
