Never received shoes and no refund

Never received shoes and no refund after several attempts to the supplier and Macy’s to get my money back. I still have no received any communication back, no response!! No refund and no merchandise.

The boots are everything you can imagine and then some! While being very fashionable, the boots are definitely a head turner with the bright neon pink! Will be ordering more.
