Finally I received it
After nearly two months since I placed my order, I finally received it, but there was an issue. The product description indicated that I should receive two pieces, but I only received one. After resending my request twice and speaking with different customer service representatives, I got the impression that they are not making me a favor by sending an extra piece; they are simply doing what they are supposed to do. Customer service sent me an order confirmation suggesting they believed two pieces were sent, but I only have one. I haven't yet tried the product quality, but I am very disappointed with the packing department.
Buyer beware
The description is not what you think. The curtain is fine but the description makes it sound like you get two panels, nope. This is one panel only! When I called customer service they gave me free shipping on the second panel but that's not what I ordered. I bought this thinking I was getting 2 panels based on the description. So I ended up paying twice as much. But if I returned the one they sent me there was a restocking fee so I'd still be out good money. Macy's is usually better than this.

Nice
I really like these curtains. I’m not a fan of the ones with the big, metal rod openings, so the back tabs really appealed to me. They are well-made and the top material is pretty. Keep in mind that with the blackout material, the curtains have a grey look, instead of bright white. This was great for me because my walls are grey and I was concerned that the curtains might look stark-white and cheap. The lining is a bit stiff, so I recommend using a steamer both on the lining and the lacy top layer. Even with this, mine don’t hang as gracefully as those in the photo, but they look pretty, pretty good.

Only came with one panel
Very strange the picture shows two panels but it only has one panel. I called customer service and it truly only has one panel. False advertising. So I had to order another one.
Unattractive fabric
The embroidered part of these curtains did not look like fabric. It looked like a very thin burlap bag. I would not really call it fabric because the weave was so loose. It looked more like macrame. The thread felt and looked like twine. The white plastic-y blackout material could clearly be seen through the grey twine material. I do not recommend these curtains.
Just what I needed for my Purpose.
Nice color and weight. Using to block heat/cool escape up a stairway that doesn't have a door. Works perfect!
