FAILED TO GIVE ME EXCHANGE
I bought this blanket and it was Delivered On Dec 7th 2023. In the order it clearly shows that I have until Jan.31.2024 to return this item. However due to this blanket being damaged, I am looking to return this item. However upon calling with customer service Daniel explained to be that it was past due the 30days how is that possible, if the date of return on my order is Jan.31.2024. Today is Jan.13th.2024. Please have someone reach back out to me to address this concern. I am looking to exchange this for a new one. Thank you.
Very soft
Fir was very good (I do not have a pillow top mattress). The sheets are very soft and comfortable. I would buy again.

Best Flannel Sheets
These flannel sheets are wonderful. Very soft and the fabric is good quality. Already been washed a handful of times and are holding up nicely. At a steal of a price....thanks Macy's!
Actual Good Quality
We’ve had several cotton flannel sheets over the years. The last set was rough and pilled. So disappointing. Last year I read through MANY disappointing reviews on flannel sheets, even name brand ones. The Eddie Bauer sheets are wonderful. They are soft, smooth and cozy. This is my second set and it is just as good as last years.

Disappointed
I washed before use as recommended and they were a little tight to get on the bed If they’re already shrinking that’s not a plus. I followed the instructions to the letter - warm wash; low heat dry - so what happened?? Also once I managed to get it on my bed there was a lot of pilling while in use. Not the highest quality sheets I’ve ever had and I was surprised - and not in a good way because I consider Eddie Bauer to be a good quality brand

the worst sheet set ever
I bought the set in Edgewood Dark Green King size and if I could give a 0 stars, if could I would! After washing the set according to instructions the fitted sheet could barely fit my mattress of 11 inches thick (king size) I bought the set on sale and I didn't intend to return it, I washed it as I mentioned, so the money I spent on it went down the drain. Macy's thanks for nothing! I really didn't expect it fro you!
