No Pillow

I should've done more than read the title & look at the picture. I thought I was getting a blanket & pillow but it's just a blanket & pillow cover. So I had to buy the pillow insert as well.

Not All Cotton! The fleece is synthetic.

This is NOT cotton. One side is POLYESTER. I intended to get a cotton item, and am very disappointed.
