Smaller than expected. Loose hook and eye closure

First, the hook and eye closure snapped off on my first time wearing it. 2nd, they are smaller than expected. I’m petite, 5’0 feet. I was hoping they would be long enough to cover my knees. I wish I ordered one size bigger. 3rd, the waist run small. Really small!!! WHEN ORDERING, SIZE UP!!!!!
