Poor construction

The coat was nicely oversized and it was soft. I returned it because the zipper was going to be a big problem. But the even bigger problem was that the collar wasn't sewn on properly and buckled a lot on one side. I hung it for a week hoping it would hang out and I kept trying it on. I knew I wouldn't wear it if I was constantly trying to adjust it, so I sent it back.

Bad construction

Macy's isn't to blame for this, but I want to make sure you don't purchase anything that is made by edikted. They are illegally keeping customer's money and not issuing full returns. Again, not Macy's. But it's important to know that this company cannot be trusted. Edikted is up for sale and they're keeping a few dollars back times hundreds of customers. Not to be trusted at all. And the reason I wasn't happy with the coat is because the collar wasn't sewn on properly.
