Bought these shorts for a

Bought these shorts for a trip and had already taken the tags off to pack when I noticed the clasp to hook the shorts was missing. I checked the inside of the mailer in case I could sew it back on but it was not there.

Faulty Product

Hello. I had just got these Thursday evening and wore them for the first time Friday afternoon. I had them on for maybe two hours at a lunch, and they were not too tight at all and actually had a lot of room and the zipper completely fell off. There was nothing I was able to do in that moment to do and they are completely unfixable. I had just got them and was very excited and would love a replacement. I had nothing to do with them breaking and think I got a faulty product and need a new one ASAP.
