Poor Quality and Bad Customer Service
I bought a dress in 2 different sizes from Edikted on Macy's website (did not realize when I bought that it was actually sold by a third party and not Macy's). When I tried to return the dresses they could not be scanned for a return at a local Macy's without the third party (Edikted) approval, despite having an associates order #. Edikted waited forever to reply to my multiple inquiries (including their own website), resulting in return window closing. So, horrible customer service and would not buy this brand again, based on that.
Best Quality
This dress was made extremely well (which we know is hard to find these days). I will be keeping my eye on this brand moving forward. The material is thick and resilient, while smooth and sewn immaculately. Beautiful.

Perfect for fall/winter! Nice fabric, not thin or sheer and yet not too heavy. Just perfect. The buttons go completely up and down so you can be a sexy or demure as you want to be for any occasion

Great dress!
I was very skeptical ordering this dress but I was pleasantly surprised that is actually very nice quality. Thick material perfect for cold weather. I am 5’5” and 145 pounds and went with a size medium. It fits snuggly so if you’re in between sizes I would say to size up.

SHEIN quality at Macy’s pricing
Item runs very small. It is on sale as a ladies misses size but it is aligned more to a pre-teen body. I have returned and I have not received my return
Perfect dress 5/5 stars
I loved this dress so much I got it in both small and medium, small is for date nights and the medium is for more appropriate occasions. The small isn’t too small but it’s a bit tighter and my weight fluctuates so i also got the medium. The quality matches the price so I’m extremely happy with my purchases. For reference I’m 5”4 130-140 lbs and slightly curvy
