Beautiful but way too small!

I was very disappointed with this dress because although it is beautiful it runs way too - about 2-3 sizes small at least. It felt like a kid’s dress rather than for women. I ended up wearing it as a blouse while on vacation but it still felt really tight as a top. Because it’s beautiful, I am planning to give it to my 12-yr old who can wear it as a dress or top
