Incredible Customer Service

I wish I could be reviewing the actual garment, but after being notified that it was delivered and having never received it, I had to reach out to the seller for a replacement or refund instead. I have purchased many garments made by Edikted in the past, and I've always found them to be cute and of great quality. As much as I was looking forward to receiving this gorgeous looking fuzzy sweater, I may need to go directly to Macy's, instead of online, (so as not to run the same risk). One thing I must stress though, is the seller refunded me in a prompt and 'painless' manner, professionally and courteously - qualities that are extremely important to me! (Still, I would have preferred receiving it! It looks adorable on the website!)
