Not low rise.

I was really anticipating the arrival of these shorts; when I tried them on I need to ‘try’ and button them at highest waist point …. The cut is way way off . They are not low rise as advertised ; in fact ; I got a size large from reading the size chart . . they run extremely small In the waist
