Brilliant Electronic Maths Game
This has really helped Dolly keep up with her maths work at home, even improve it. She loves that she can try and try again to beat her own scores and loves seeing the smiley faces when she is correct. She has even had mummy and daddy playing and then trying to beat us with a higher score. Amazing product, handheld and easily taken out and about. Engaging for all ages and all family members.

Really good fun for home schooling
My 7 year old daughter has really enjoyed playing with the Math Whiz. She has enjoyed working up through the levels, she is a bit old for the lower levels but be able to complete them has really encouraged her to play with this more. As a parent I love the retro look of the game, it is a screen but it's not a phone. I also like that she is learning without realising. It is great for a break from home schooling.

Promotes independence
I saw this and thought it would be perfect to help my 8 year old practice some of her maths independently. She really enjoys setting the levels to challenge herself. I love that it can be played many ways to test addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. I have also found it very useful when homeschooling! I am able to set my daughter a fun challenge to do whilst attending to one of my younger children.

Great for kids that love maths
Bought as a present for my 6 year old grandson who loves maths. He was able to understand how to use it straight away and set about working through the different levels of difficulty. The display is bit old fashioned looking compared with tablets and smartphones but he doesn't seem to mind and has used it a lot. A good purchase!

Transportable way to practice math facts.
This is a great, well built, easy to operate way to practice and master math facts! It's easy to grip for small hands. The buttons are easy to press, but will not cause accidental wrong answers. It is very easy to operate for kids and adults. This would be great for kids to use in the car or keep in their back pack to practice when out and about. It gives immediate feedback. It can be used for long and short periods. It may not be as engaging as other electronic math games, but it is a fun activity. It will last for a long time. My kids greatly prefer this to flash cards.

Great for math fluency
Great game for my second grader to practice her math facts. In second grade it is really important for students to develop fluency in math - meaning they can quickly "see" the answer without having to count each time. This game has a variety of levels, so my child could start off easy and feel successful (she usually gives up and is disinterested is something is too difficult right away). I like that the toy is quiet and can be taken in the car for math practice on the go. The game is very simple without graphics. That would be my only suggestion - to add an option where the game includes pictures for younger children and then transitions into written numbers.

Lots of fun and learning!
I received this item from Educational Insights in exchange for my honest review. What a fun and educational game! My child has really enjoyed playing this and I have noticed an improvement in the speed (and accuracy) of answering math facts. The bright colors of this item are really eye-catching. The sound and smiley faces are attention grabbers. I like that there are options for math drills, challenges and even a calculator. I would highly recommend this item.

Nice educational product
This is a great way to get kids to review their math facts without being boring. My sons enjoy using it and the instant feedback is nice for them. It works well and is easy for kids to use on their own. The only con I found is that it is pricey. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.
