This ring is so perfect. So comfortable to wear. The scroll work on the inside is nice. The weight is light yet on the hand it looks substantial. Love it!

flimsy

I purchased 2 of these..one for me and my daughter. What's the point of a warranty if it doesn't cover poor craftsmanship. I wore it a few times and looked down one day and a stone was missing. Not to mention they are lab created stones and very dull. Which is not clear in the description

I received a tarnished ring and wrong size!

I received the wrong size and an extremely tarnished/dirty ring! I cannot believe anyone in good conscience would send such a damaged ring! Also, I received a size 9 instead of 7! Unbelievable.

Sterling silver Effy ring delivered Tarnished.

Ordered online. Received tarnished ring. The price tag had been removed, but the item description tag was attached. Disappointed... This is the 2nd issue with an Effy ring purchased from Macy's online. Don't think I'll order Effy jewelry online from Macy's again. Item returned in store.
