Disappointed

This piece is stunning! I was so disappointed when the chain broke the first time I wore it. I took it to the jewelry department at Macy’s. They told me I would have to contact Effy since the return window closed. Not only was I very disappointed with the quality of Effy, I was not happy with Macy’s unwillingness to help me. I will not be purchasing any more jewelry from Macy’s.
