Deceiving ad photo

I own several pieces of Effy jewelry and am very disappointed by the poor quality of this piece. The pearl is misshapen (sideways teardrop, not oval) and soldered with metal on one side. It looks like it was made at a beginner jewelry making class. I am returning the item. It would be nice to be able to attach a picture of what I received compared to what’s advertised.

No Refund

I’m still waiting for my refund!!!! I called representative and he for some reason initiated a return when item had already been returned! I’ve purchased thousands of dollars with Macy’s and feel let down!

I bought this for my daughter for her birthday. She loves it!! The necklace is a chunkier style, but totally in style!!! Love it!!!
