Awesome Bracelet

This is a great bracelet. Dainty but not so that if feels like it will break. Absolutely no complaints about it.

Horrible customer service on damaged item

The bracelet broke as I was taking it out of the box. I bought it in June for my step-daughter's wedding on July 29th. I looked at it when it arrived (I ordered online) but did not take it out to try it on. I stored it away until the day of the wedding. As I was taking it out of the box to put it on, it broke near the clasp. I contacted Macy's customer service to get an exchange, and was told they have a 30 day return policy. I needed to let them know by July 8th that the item was defective. I will never purchase jewelry from them again since they obviously will not stand behind what they sell.

Cute design and true to size. However, the pearls are smaller than 7 mm.
