Truly beautiful pearls- diamond earrings!

The earrings I ordered are beautiful.They not only have these beautiful fresh water pearls hanging off of the hoops but the hoops are incrusted with 1/4 carat of little tiny diamonds which are together with pears real eye catchers!!! The only negative thing is that one earring doesn’t close securely and may need a repair to prevent unpredictable event of loosing it. This same reason cause me to return my first pair of these earrings to store next day after I purchased them ( at Oakbrook, IL Macy’s store) because one earring didn’t close at all. The clerk suggested to order second pair on line which she did for me. I have been waiting about 10 days to receive them and when they finally arrived yesterday I found out that one earring is not closing securely and I can easily loose it if I don’t put constant attention to it. They are expensive jewelry and I don’t know what to do?!
