Effy Necklace Defective Advertising

I bought an Effy brand product. The product you send me has no brand name or brand tag. How will anyone know that this is an Effy brand product? Please send me the 'Effy brand name' product! please send me the 'Effy brand necklace' ASAP so that I can use it as a gift for Christmas. Otherwise, it is understood as 'Defective Advertising'. Showing one thing on the advertisement and sending something else. Please let me know what you are going to do. I definitely need an answer

Effy necklace

I love this necklace! It’s a petite pendant in size but the diamonds really sparkle. It’s not too flashy and can be worn everyday. I love the bail and you could probably put another chain through it if you wanted to. Effy jewelry is great quality. Thank you Macy’s!
