terrible ring

I bought this sparkly diamond ring. A day or two later I see that it looks dark. Very dark and no more sparkles. I bring it back to Macys and they kindly exchange it. The second ring sparkled for a week and then got just as dark. I went back to Macys and there was nothing they will do. They said it’s Effy and their quality isn’t good. Don’t buy this ring!

Mixed feeling. It feels fake

It is a very light yellow and feels fake. I had to get the magnifying glass to find the effy stamp and 14kt because I just didn't feel like it was right. My kid thought it was costume jewelry. I will be returning.

Beautiful but

My husband bought this beautiful ring for my birthday. The ring is beautiful however already had one diamond fall out from the center. Return window already closed. No assistance available from Macys.
