Clasp was misaligned-had to force it closed and slip it over wrist. Bought as a gift but had to keep it.

I bought it as a gift for Mother’s Day. The bracelet is nice, but it seems cheap. I cannot open it to save my life and now its too late to return.

So disappointed,very unhappy. The clasp doesn’t line up properly & the safety hook doesn’t work.There’s no Macy’s in the area(100 miles away).Unfortunately I did not keep the pkg so don’t know if I can return the item.

I bought this as a gift but loved it so much, I kept it fir myself. The stones are beautiful and have alot of sparkle. The braclet is a great quality and great value.

I was expecting there to be stones and there are NONE, picture is super deceiving. I got it on sale and returned it right away as in person it looks like you got robbed and someone took out all of the stones. I can't even believe anyone would pay full price for this. On top of that it just felt very cheap like H&M jewelry.
