Arrived Broken

The necklace was packaged appropriately but arrived broken. The chain was sheared off about five inches from the clasp. I can't believe they sent this to me broken. Am returning.

She enjoyed the look and cut of the emeralds and diamonds. The main issue with the necklace is the chain has a tendency to turn on its side. When that happens it looks like you are wearing a regular sterling silver necklace. Its just something to keep an eye on because the gemstones were flawless.
