DID NOT RECEIVED ORDER

I bought this necklace, but unfortunately, I have not received it even though it was marked delivered, so I don't even know what it looks like! I have contacted customer support five times via chat and phone, and I don't recommend buying anything online from Macy's!

Love the Necklace

The opal is beautiful. Good colors and lively for an opal. Most opals you get nowadays are almost all white for a very expensive price. Although this is pricey as well, I got it on sale for a price I was willing to pay. I love it!
