Effy London Blue topaz and diamond necklace

The necklace is beautiful. I ordered it on line and had it delivered to the North Shore Mall Macy's. I was shocked to see how poorly packed it was and the Macy's sales representative and I spent quite some time inspecting it for damage. The chain was all knotted.
