Poor service

inspect your earrings as soon as you get them. I ordered these online.. I had a wedding to attend last week. I received two different backings. One seemed a little looser than the other but I thought was good enough. I did not put them on until wedding day. 30 minutes to the hotel.. just a few minutes later one had fallen off, backing still there in the back of my ear. Never recovered call Macy’s they would not work with me at all since I did not return them right away. I’m very disappointed in the customer service.
