Speechless

I am speechless at the very disappointing shopping experience. The item I received is not as depicted. It is very lightweight, feels poorly constructed, and--honestly--it feels fake, like plastic. It was shipped very irresponsibly--considering the cost of the item. It did not come in a sealed package. And it was floating around in the box in a cheap mesh bag. I've had such horrendous experiences with Macy's lately, especially purchasing jewelry. I highly recommend NOT buying this item.
