Gem fell out

After wearing ring for one week a gem fell out when I returned it. I was sent it back with a note saying it was missing a stone and couldn’t be returned. So I am not happy. Effy jewelry is usually very nice

Horrible quality, don’t waste your money

I purchased this ring because I love gemstones. Sadly, I only got to enjoy the first time I wore it. On the second time, 3 of the center gemstones all fell out. Of course, it’s been a few months since I purchased it so I can’t do anything about it. It’s a rip off, why make the prongs so crappy that the stones fall out after one wear?

wrong size ring just ok

I ordered a 9 and it fits like a 6. Returning and these are now out of stock, but the ring is just ok so I'm not super sad about it.

Very disappointing

Beautiful ring, but after 46 days & only wearing it about 5 times one of the stones fell out. And now the ring is tarnished. Now I have ring that I can’t wear. I’m so Disappointed in Effy & Macy.

It’s a beautiful ring, I wear it all the time and just order the earrings. It fit perfect and it’s very comfortable. I just wish the stone were more vibrant, still a beautiful piece.

I have several Effy jewelry and lately the products break or loose a stone including this ring. It was replaced but still. It is a brand name that should not break easily
