Deplorable!

Shocked that Macy’s would send an ordered item in such a deplorable condition - the chain was dirty black & knotted & could not be disentangled. The pendant was pretty but I returned item immediately. Aren’t items inspected before being sent out to customers? Standards have really taken a downward spiral! Shame on Macy’s!
