Worst Quality and Customer Service

This is the worst purchase I have ever made.Ended up spending a lot of money on the necklace only to find the diamond fall off just one day after wearing it.I sent it for repair at Effy through Macys and they got back saying it will take 8-12 weeks to repair.The worst customer experience any one can get!
