Ruby ring

Very pretty ring, but… I ordered ruby ring to come to the Macy’s store. Looked at it, and have to return it immediately right at the store upon pick up. Stone ( ruby)has long white line across the stone. Looks like Macys want to send to customers by mail items no one will buy in the store, due to lower quality. And is not first time. I ordered emerald earrings online, Macy's sent me earrings with 2 different back clasps. Even I notified Macys customer service the same day about the two different clasps sent to me, they declined to accept earrings back, next day after I received them by mail. All returns - only if Macys accept it, even if they sent damaged or mismatched item to customer.Eventually they did process return on the earrings, I had to insist on the return.Macy’s reduce price of the items, and expect you to accept by mail items of lesser quality, returned, or mismatched. No disclosure that quality of the new item you purchase is lower.

Emerald stone

It is really nice like the vintage rings similar to i however, I got an emerald stone and it wasn’t that clear with some inclusions. Still I don’t know if it’s worth that price even in sale

Beautiful

I am a long time Effy customer. Ruby is beautiful. Diamonds appear a bit too white so questioning quality of them. Can’t read stamp on band but assumes it says effy. Ridiculously small. But overall very pretty.
