I am very disappointed with Mayc's customer service. I have spent four hours calling and demanding a certificate for my diamond necklace purchase, but unfortunately, there is no resolution. I need the certificate of my purchase, GEMSTONES: 191120615547, as I was promised to have it by the store associates who sold me my team. I am very disappointed.

Cheap chain choice

The heart pendant doesn’t sit properly in the center because it’s welded to the ruby, causing it to constantly shift to the side.

Low quality chain.

Low quality chain, very thing and addition was not even in the center. You can not even change the chain because is welded to the ruby. I expected a lot more from this brand, but I checked another few pieces and they have the same issue. Why pay for such expensive ruby when the chain is so cheap and it can not be change.
