Macys sent wrong item.

I ordered these earring on sale. I was sent a gold necklace instead. I returned the necklace and waiting for a refund. I had to Print label and go to ups to send item back. The earrings have went up in price now and Macys wouldn’t send me the item for the price I paid after receiving wrong item back. Horrible customer service. Beware buying jewelry from Macys. Record opening the item purchased. What if I was sent nothing. Purchase in store instead.

Stunning Effy Earrings!

I just bought the earrings today 10/10 in Macy’s. Stunning Effy 14K diamond & blue Sapphire earrings, Happy with my purchase. Got a good deal. Plus double the Macy’s money. Highly recommend.
