I love Effy, but…..

This is a beautiful and practice design. Unfortunately, the end loop (O ring?) for closure was so small that I was not only unable to latch it on me, I couldn’t even latch it when not on. I returned it to the store and the sales associate was unable to latch it either. Also, one of the emeralds was extremely light in color. Extremely disappointed.
