Gorgeous garment

I found my box with the eileen fisher slacks at my building's office last week and was so excited. I finally had time to open it and found a most amazing pair of slacks in it. I am so happy! I hope to wear them to a fun event soon. It is still rainy in Seattle and they are suitable for a warmer occasion.

very comfy, but drawstrings are just not for me

Makes me look dumpy (and that's hardly the look I'm going for!). Should have known EF drawstring pants wouldn't be any better than any other brand's. I was hoping!

Attractive and comfortable

Love tencel fabric. So soft and comfortable. Happy that EF is making more clothes in organic cotton and tencel.

Great fit and drape but does wrinkle

I do love these pants and bought the top to match for a great summer outfit that drapes beautifully. I gave four stars for Quality of fabric because it does wrinkle. They fit true to size. No need to size up or down. I normally wear size 10 in stretchy jeans and am 5'1" so I bought PM and they fit perfectly. The length is exactly as seen on the model couple inches above my ankles. I think the size chart suggested PL which was not available and I am glad I ordered my go to size in pants, PM. They have a tie waist and I even had to tighten the tie. If I had bought PL as advised, I would be swimming in them.

Love the hidden message!

I own a number of Eileen Fisher pieces and generally shy away from pants that have an elastic waist (I feel like they give me a puffy silhouette). I took a chance on these Morse code cropped pants and they fit well without an overly puffy look (I’m almost always a size XS and they ran true to size). As I was debating about ordering this item, I read that the code in the print reads “the future is female” and that clinched it. Had to have them - haven’t worn them yet but I’m sure they’ll be comfortable and will wash as well as my other similar pieces.
