Lux velvet swing jacket for petites

I've worn this pine green velvet draped jacket with black yoga style pants since January. The sale price is ok. Fits more like a cardigan. Always get compliments. Fabric is delicate. Not sure if I can get more than two winters out of this. Only problem encountered is that the jacket pulls to one side when I wear it under my overcoat.
