Beautiful but Wrinkled

I have wanted an Eileen West white nightgown for some time so I was excited to finally buy one. I think it is beautiful but I question its quality. After washing the gown it was wrinkled. I expected a higher grade cotton. I ironed it this first time but I won’t do that every time I wash it. Also there were a number of strings hanging from it. I wonder if it was a knockoff. I still love it but I question its authenticity.

Rash

Product gave me SEVERE rash on chest. Had to go to doctor. Discontinued using garment. After two weeks of using the medication, i laundered the garment and wore it again. No more rash and is comfortable. Both garments behaved the same way. They must have had some residue from the factory that was not removed.

So happy to find this lovely Eileen West cotton nightgown. Beautifully made and launders well. You can iron it if you want. Pretty lace details. Bought two of them in different styles.
