Mislabeled and sold Last Act

As a long time, loyal customer, I trust Macy's to honor their commitment to quality products. I purchased this nightgown and it is well made and has the quality that Eileen West nightgowns are known for. However, it is completely mislabeled as a Medium when it is the size of a Large. I took a chance with a Last Act purchase because I have other Eileen West nightgowns that are true to size, and I know the products well. This time it seems, I'm out of luck so other Buyers Beware!!

Great nightie . Check size chart!

This nightgown is a very comfortable, lighter weigh flannel. I like the shorter length for walking around the house and also for sleeping - won’t get tangled. . I originally ordered an XL because that’s my normal size. But pay attention to the size range for each lettered size. The XL definitely would fit 18-20. I didn’t trust that as some cheaper brands don’t run accurately. I am 5’4” and 210 Lbs. I exchanged for a large and large is much better on me! I was swimming in the XL. It’s a very nice nightie. Fine quality to gift as well.
