Not White

I loved the Elama Country when I saw it in the picture, but the set i received is not white, instead looks beige. I am so disappointed as it was a present for my daughter. The worst is I could returned it.

Beautiful set!

The dish set is beautiful and looks like high-end; however, one dinner plate in each box had a flaw. Box one a plate had a flaw in the enamel coating, the second box had a crack that was not completely through; it was a flaw that existed in the making of the plate and then fired. In my opinion, it seems unusual that a flawed plate was included in each box. In my past, I worked with ceramics in my younger days, and this review is based on my knowledge. Should you receive a complete set in good condition, you will be most pleased. It is a beautiful set that adds elegance to any table for everyday use or a formal setting!

Missing Item

Product is fine but my order arrived missing a coffee cup. Macy’s response was to offer a refund of $5. No option to complete the set other than for me to buy another whole set, without a discount. Poor customer service.

I like the dishes but buyers beware, the writing on the bottom of dishes will rub off on your lovely place mats or tablecloth. If it weren't for that I would have given them a 5 star rating. I
