Beautiful and sturdy cups

Great Mugs & Even Better Warranty! We really like our coffee mugs from Elama. We’re pretty hard on our dishes, and these feel like they’re going to last. One of the biggest bonuses is their replacement policy — if we break any of them within a year, they’ll replace them with no questions asked. I also love that they include free instant extended coverage. It gives us peace of mind and makes the purchase feel even more worth it. Overall, great quality and excellent customer support. Cracked mug

I received my package today.I was so excited and opened the package but unfortunately one of the mug was cracked.

Cup size is 12 oz not 8 oz

I don’t like the cups.I have ordered because I see the 8oz in description, once delivered and checked these are big and checked the size is 12 oz. Also the cups are too heavy.

I like the Mug, but one of the mug is broken.

When my shipment coming, I don’t see properly every mug, but when I have to use this mug, I see one of the mug is broken, so it’s too disappoint for that now I can’t exchange. I don’t give it return for that.
