Cute Dress ... but for Tall Women

I got Size S (normally wear PS) thinking I could do so hemming and alterations to fit into this cute dress...but it's way too big ALL over. (I'm 5 ft. 118 lbs.) The material is light but not see through, the sleeves are very billowy and full. The bodice is not fitted at all, the backside is baggy. The ruffles are nice and all over well made dress...but style is not for me.
