Cute enough

Cute dress! The material is a little thin & stiff and both the pattern & puff sleeves felt a bit overwhelming on my 5 foot frame. But looks great with knee high boots and a jean jacket so I kept it.

Very high waisted and not comfortable

I liked the lightweight fabric and it’s well made. The blue pattern and color is pretty and not too dark or bright. It is an extremely high waisted dress. The elastic waist landed an inch below my bust and tuned out to be awkward and very uncomfortable when I wore it. I can’t return it now and will give it away.
