My brush came with one missing bristle. Who is working at Macy’s?? Honestly if its supposedly homemade from Italy, why is the quality so poor? also it smells really bad. might keep for now

Disappointing hair brush

The brush arrived with one of its supposedly wooden bristles missing. The bristles were actually rubber. Also it had a scent as if it had been used. For its price I was expecting a lot better.
