Great for sore muscles
This really helps my muscles when I soak in the tub & add this to the water. It helps to ease my muscles. I have been using this for years now. Once I tried it, I continued to buy & use this product because I love it so much.

Do not buy this awful product
Was convinced to buy this on a cruise. Ugh it’s awful. Smells amazing but doesn’t dissolve well in warm water. Goes into the water as a globby mess. Doesn’t help muscle pains at all, no more than a regular bath. Buyer beware!! Normally I love Elemis products

Instant Relief!
This stuff is amazing! It makes my muscles feel like they are melting away (in a good way!) and keeps my back from aching for several days. I work from a computer all day and serve for my second job so my back takes a lot of pressure and this has been the only thing besides regular massages that has been able to make the pain go away!

Stress relief and lots of zzz’s

Life Saver!!

It’s good not great
I had high hopes for the muscle soak because of the reviews and recommendations from the cruise line. It didn’t take the pain away. Even after using pain gel with muscle ease oil. It was a soothing and relaxing bath so that’s why I still gave it 4 stars. I’ll keep using it to see if I have a different experience but as of now i wouldn’t recommend if you have a lot of pain. It’s more for relaxation.
