Irritated eyes

I bought this cleansing balm as I had heard good things and it’s a luxury brand. However I have been using this product for two weeks now and my eyes are so itchy and irritated. It states it is suitable for sensitive skin and it can be used around the eyes but this is not the case. My eye lid and the skin around my eye is red and sore. I am truly disappointed in this product that I had high hopes for. The body shop aloe Vera cleanser is a fraction of the price and is actually suitable for sensitive skin.
